Marfa is the Chorus Line of cancer

The story follows six people from diverse backgrounds through their chemotherapy experience at an oncology clinic in middle America. Despite initial misgivings and tensions, their struggle to defeat the disease draws them together in unlikely ways. During the chemo sessions, gender, generational and medical clashes arise. Each patient takes a different approach to tackling the challenge, and all emerge out the other end with a better understanding of themselves and others. One of the more skeptical patients, Mac, even learns to become open-minded enough to go in search of the mysterious colored lights in the night sky of Marfa, Texas.
